电子商务在企业中的应用以我国中小型对外贸易企业为例 添加时间: 2010-7-2 22:29:03 文章来源: 文章作者: 点击数:188 电子商务在企业中的应用——以我国中小型对外贸易企业为例2008年4月20日 摘要??? 随着国际互联网的不断拓展，电子商务活动在世界各国兴起并得到了飞速的发展。目前，电子商务已经延伸到了社会各个领域，其中影响最深，冲击最大的领域是国际贸易领域。环境的变化使我国的国际贸易面临着大量的机会和巨大的挑战。我国能否抓住这个机遇，关键问题就在于能否利用电子商务的技术来发展国际贸易。本文从电子商务的概念出发，首先阐述了电子商务的定义、发展历程及其在国际领域的应用，然后从电子商务对国际贸易主体、国际贸易手段、国际贸易政策和法律的影响以及电子商务对国际贸易市场营销的影响等四个方面分析了电子商务对国际贸易的影响。然后根据中小外贸企业的现状从电子商务实施的动因，实施模式，内外因素分析，实施应用等介绍了电子商务在中小型外贸企业的应用。最后一部分是结束语和展望等。 关键词：电子商务 中小型对外贸易企业 应用 ? ? ? ? ? ? Abstract? With the development of Internet，Electronic Commerce is booming all over the World and has been greatly used in many countries. Now，E-Commerce extends its antenna to all aspects of the society，and it has affected the field of international trade greatly. After entry into WTO，there are many opportunities and challenges to China’s international trade. A key issue exists for China to keep up with developed countries in the 21st century-whether China can develop its international trade with the technologies of antinational E-commerce. It is therefore not surprising to find that the small and medium-size foreign trade companies are the ones that will be the first to be affected, and typically in the harshest way.? This thesis starts with the basic conception of electronic commerce，and first introduces its development course，application in the international scale，etc. In the second Part，analyzes the main influences of EC on international trade from the development，operational environments，exchange methods of international trade，etc. Then we learn about the difficulties of the small and medium-size foreign trade companies and draw out main topic, that the E-commerce application in the small and medium-size foreign trade companies, they are application reason, application mold, application conditions and international and application results.
