燃烧源 PM2 5微粒润湿性能

摘要: 利用W ashburn动态渗透压力法研究了燃煤电厂与垃圾焚烧发电厂 PM 2 5微粒的润湿性能
及其与微粒形态和组分的关系, 并考察了添加润湿剂 (十二烷基苯磺酸钠 ( SDBS )、十二烷基硫
酸钠 ( SDS)、JFC、FS-310、S ilanolw 22)对水润湿燃烧源 PM2 5的改善作用. 利用扫描电镜和 X-射
线能谱分析了微粒的形态和化学组分.结果表明: 微粒的形态和组分对润湿性能有较大影响,垃
圾焚烧发电厂 PM2 5微粒的水润湿性能优于燃煤电厂 PM2 5; 不同润湿剂改善燃烧源 PM2 5微粒润
湿性的效果与微粒特性密切相关, SDS, S ilanol w22可明显改善燃煤电厂 PM 2 5微粒的润湿性能,
而 FS-310, JFC则对垃圾焚烧电厂 PM2 5微粒有显著改善作用;研究结果可为利用蒸汽相变提高
燃烧源 PM 2 5脱除效果及湿法除尘提供重要基础.

Abstract: AW ashburn penetration pressurem ethod w as used to determ ine thew ettab ility of PM2 5 from
coa-l fired and mun icipa l solid w aste incineration (M SW I) pow er plant by a range of w ett ing agents
( SDBS, SDS, JFC, FS-310, Silano l w 22 ) and w ater so lu tion. The role of part icle morpho logy and
chem ical composition was exp lo red by scann ing electron m icroscopy ( SEM ) and X-ray photoelectron
spectroscopy ( XPS) . It is conc luded that the w etting ability of PM2 5 is in relat ion w ith both themo r-
pho logy and composition, and the PM2 5 from M SW I pow er plant is morew ettable. It seem s that SDS、
S ilano lw 22 can improve coa-l combustion PM2 5 wettab ility obv iously, wh ileFS-310, JFC are in favo r of
M SW I particles. The improvem ent of PM 2 5 wettab ility by add ition w etting agen ts relates closely to the
character istics of PM 2 5. The resu lts are sign ificant fo r the separat ion of PM 2 5 from gases by heteroge-
neous condensation o fw ater vapor as a preconditioning techn ique and w e-t process dedusting.
