点阵CO2激光治疗凹陷性瘢痕疗效观察及治疗体会 刘 燕 (江苏省盐城市疾病预防控制中心 江苏 盐城 224001) ［摘要］ 目的：观察点阵激光治疗凹陷性瘢痕的疗效并总结治疗经验。方法：采用国产点阵co2激光治疗凹陷性瘢痕。根据疗效评价标准对治疗效果评价。结果：共治疗36例，第一次能量设定为15-20mj,扫描1次，第2次治疗能量可加大为20-40mj,根据疤痕面积选择图形形状及大小，治疗2次后的显效率为67%，有效率达100%，有4例出现一过性色素沉着，对症处理一月左右消退，无新生瘢痕等严重并发症。疗前病例的选择﹑治疗中能量由小到大﹑疗后并发症的及时处理是治疗成功的关键。结论：国产点阵co2激光治疗凹陷性瘢痕疗效可靠，患者依从性好，满意度高，治疗费用相对较低。 ［关键词］ 点阵激光；凹陷性瘢痕；治疗 Clinical observation and treating experience of treating atrophic scars with lattic co2 laser (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention of Yancheng ,224001,Jiangsu) Abstract：Observe the clinical effect of treating atrophic scars with fractional laser and sum up the treating experience. Methods The domestic lattic co2 laser was used to treat atrophic scars.The curative rate were evaluated. Results 36 people were involved..The energy was set at 15-20mj ,scanning once for the first time while the energy was enlarged to 20-40mj for the second time. Selected the graphic shape and size according to the scar aera.The total curative rate after two-time treatment was 67%,and the efficiency rate was 100%. 4 patients had transient pigmentation, dissipated by symptomatic treatment for about a month and no serious complications such as new scars occurred. The selection of cases before the treatment, curative treatment of energy from small to big , timely treatment of complications are the key points to a successful treatment. Conclusion Domestic lattic co2 laser treatment for atrophic scars is reliable and efficient which has a good patient compliance, satisfaction, and the treatment cost is relatively low. Keywords:lattic co2 laser；atrophic scars；treat 凹陷性瘢痕特别是面部的，不仅影响美观，且对患者的心理是个严重刺激，其治疗一直是个棘手难题。利用点阵co2激光治疗各种原因引起的凹陷性瘢痕，效果显著，副作用较少，现报告如下： 1 病例与方法 1.1 病例：为门诊2008年1月-2009年10月间就诊病例，计36人，期中男20例，女16例，平均年龄29.2岁(20-35)。瘢痕由痤疮引起的28例，以额、两颊为主，瘢痕面积相对较大，由外伤引起4例，水痘后遗症引起1例，手术引起的3例，瘢痕面积相对较小。所有患者均无白癜风、银屑病、暴晒、口服维甲酸等病史，所有患者均非瘢痕体质。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 激光设备及治疗参数：采用北京泰富瑞泽科技有限公司生产的超脉CO2点阵激光器，波长为10.6um,点阵脉 冲能量为10mj-100mj，最大100mj，脉冲频率为300-950HZ，配有特殊的电脑图形发
