: 建立了筒状辐射换热器传热计算模型, 分析了 车式热处理炉上使用燃气辐射换热器
的传热特性( 空气预热温度壁温和传热系数) 结果表明, 燃气辐射换热器的传热特性在整 个
热处理过程中是不断变化的, 空气平均预热温度并不能达到换热器的额定设计值, 故在周期式
热处理炉上使用辐射换热器并不完全合适本文的方法既可用于换热器的设计, 又可用于换
热器的核算

Abstract: he calculation model for tubular radiation recuperator has been established and the ther-
mal transmission characteristics ( preheating temperature of air, temperature of furnace wall and
thermal transmission coefficient) of the radiation recuperator for car- type heat treating furnace
has been therefore analyzed. Study results show that the thermal transmission characteristic of the
radiation recuperator is variable during the heat treating process, and the average preheating tem-
perature of air is not capable of achieving the rated design value of the recuperator.
