Any extensions of the Period of Insurance are automatically held covered up to 6 months without additional premium; any further extension should be charged by an additional premium of no greater than pro-rata premium. Plus 12 months extended Maintenance / Defects Liability period. Maintenance or Defects Liability Period commence from the date of the Completion of the Project. Completion of the Project means the handover of all property (after acceptance by the Employer according related conditions in the related contract unless otherwise determined by the Employer) of the Project from Contractors to Employers. Interest Insured Section I – Material Damage Construction/Erection works: All permanent and temporary works, temporary buildings, materials, spares, machinery and equipment, office equipment, tools, and all other property or equipment of whatsoever nature or description, the property of the Insured or that for which they are responsible at the site or elsewhere within the Territorial Limits including whilst in transit or temporarily stored at or away from the site all in connection with the project work.
