精品论文 参考文献 紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌引起白细胞减少症及消化道反应采取不同应对措施的临床观察 顾文欣 魏岚 汪洋(辽宁省本溪市中心医院 117000) 　　 　　【摘要】目的 探讨分析紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌所致白细胞减少症及消化道反应的应对措施。方法 将我院住院治疗的48例采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌患者，针对白细胞减少症及消化道不良反应，根据循证医学原则，分为对照组和试验组，每组24例，对照组采用rhG-CSF治疗，试验组采用rhG-CSFF+脱氧核苷酸钠注射液治疗，观察两组患者白细胞减少症及消化道反应的恢复情况，比较临床疗效。结果 治疗前试验组白细胞减少症发生率为75.0%稍低于对照组79.2%，比较无统计学差异（Pgt;0.05）；治疗后试验组白细胞减少症发生率为8.3%显著低于对照组39.2%，比较有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）；试验组消化道反应发生率均为83.3%，与对照组100%比较有统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论 脱氧核苷酸钠能有效治疗紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗卵巢癌引起的白细胞减少症，可同时改善消化道的毒副作用，提高化疗耐受性，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者生活质量。 　　【关键词】紫杉醇 顺铂 卵巢癌 白细胞减少症 脱氧核苷酸钠 rhG-CSF 　　【中图分类号】R711.75 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）44-0034-02 　　Clinical Observation of Different Countermeasures of Paclitaxel Combined Cis-Platinum for Treatment of Leucopenia and Gastrointestinal Reaction Caused by Ovarian Cancer 　　Gu Wenxin Wei Lan Wang Yang 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss and analyze the countermeasures of leucopenia and gastrointestinal reaction caused by paclitaxel combined cis-platinumrsquo;s treatment for ovarian cancer. Method: 48 patients with ovarian cancer were treated by paclitaxel combined cis-platinum for leucopenia and gastrointestinal reaction and divided into control group and experiment group each with 24 cases according to evidence-based medicine. Control group was treated with rhG-CSF while experiment group was treated with rhG-CSFF+ sodium deoxyribonucleotide injection. Recovery condition of leucopenia and gastrointestinal reaction of patients of the 2 groups were observed and clinical effects were compared.
