精品论文 参考文献 糖代谢异常孕妇围产期给予规范化护理的效果分析 王小菊 （广元市中心医院妇产科 四川广元 628000） 【摘要】目的 讨论糖代谢异常孕妇围产期规范化护理的效果。方法　选取2009年6月—2011年8月期间，糖代谢异常孕妇60例随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例，对照组给予一般健康教育，观察组则在常规治疗的基础上进行分段规范化保健护理，从而探讨糖代谢异常孕妇围产期规范化护理的方法和效果。结果　观察组孕妇在治疗后空腹和餐后3 h的血糖控制效果、OGTT各点血糖值均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05) 。结论　通过合理饮食、适量运动、心理护理和孕期母儿监护等规范化护理可使糖代谢异常孕妇安全渡过妊娠期直至分娩，有效减少了母体的损害和围儿病率及病死率。 【关键词】糖代谢异常 规范化护理 围产期 分段保健 【中图分类号】R473.71【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）01-0121-02 Impact of health care of different trimesters for pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism Wang Xiao-Ju 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the impact of health care of different trimesters on blood sugar level in pregnant women with abnormal glucose metabolism.Methods 60 women with gestationaldiabetes were randomly assigned to receive general health eduction and conventional treatment, or health care of different trimesters in addition to routine treatment(study group The improvement of abnormal glucose metabolism was observ.Results: Levels of fasting，postprandial 3h，and OGTT glucose at different time points were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group，with significant statistical differences (Plt;0.05).Conclusions: Health care of different trimesterscombined with treatment has a better effect in the control of glucose level in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism. 【Key words】 Abnormal glucose metabolism health care different trimesters 妊娠期糖代谢异常是严重威胁母婴健康、增加围生儿病率和病死率的重要原因，因此正确及时诊疗妊娠期糖代谢异常，在孕妇围产期间，对其进行分段规范化护理，对于减少这一情况的发生有着重要作用，同时也是产科的一个重要课题。现就对我院近期收治的围产期孕产妇进行分段规范化护理的临床疗效进行观察，现报告如下： 1.资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2009年6月—2011年8月期间，糖代谢异常孕妇60例，其中，妊娠糖尿病37例，糖尿耐损害23例，患者年龄最小的23周岁，最大的36周岁，平均年龄为（28.26plusmn;3.71）周岁。其中初产妇41例，经产妇19例；其中有糖尿病家族史患者7例，有高血压家族史患者8例。按随机法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例，观察组与对照组各两组患者一般资料比较Plt;0.05，无统计学意义，具有可比性。 1.2研究方法 对照组只给予一般健康教育和常规治疗，观察组则在常规治疗的基础上进行分段保健护理。其中第一阶段为早期妊娠阶段，即孕妇怀孕起至12周末；第二阶段为中期妊娠阶段，为怀孕13～27周末；第三阶段为晚期妊娠阶段，为怀孕28周
