離岸風力機重力式基礎在臺灣西部海域
適用性之研究

摘 要
近年來政府積極推動推廣「再生能源」,其中在風能則全力推動「千架海陸風力機」計畫,
依規劃國內將在2030年前安裝約600架離岸風力機。本文以英國及丹麥近年來離岸風場開發遭
遇問題分析為基礎,針對國內外離岸風電發展目前遭遇之困難與瓶頸,如相關工程技術、建購
成本、地質與結構互制之安全性、環境影響及海事工程產業與市場需求等條件,嘗試從產業與
學術觀點整合提出創新的解決方案,以重力式基礎作為國內發展離岸風電提供另一種選擇。以
耦合結構分析軟體 Sap 2000及基礎分析軟體Plaxis 3D foundation探討臺灣西部海域的可行
性,計算例以七級風荷重於基礎直徑為32公尺的風機上,經由計算後得重力式基礎之傾斜角度
約為0.6o ,顯示重力式基礎的適用性。

Abstract
The development for renewable energy is highly valued, and offshore wind energy is one of the few kinds of
sustainable energy which can be operated reliably and harvested efficiently. In this study, problems encountered in
offshore wind turbine development based on analysis are from the United Kingdom and Denmark, and try to come up with
innovative perspectives from industry and academic integration solutions to gravity as the basis for domestic development
of offshore wind power provides an alternative choice. Therefore, a case study are used the coupled structural analysis
software Sap 2000 and based on the analysis software Plaxis 3D foundation to explore the feasibility of seven wind load on
the basis of the fan diameter of
