己内酰胺生产废水的铁碳微电解深度处理与机理研究

摘要:采用铁碳微电解方法对己内酰胺生产废水进行了深度处理,探讨了pH 值、停留时间、铁碳质量比对处理效果的影响。在pH 为4 、
停留时间为120min、铁碳质量比为4 的最佳处理条件下,COD 去除率可以达到57.8%,色度去除率可以达到68.4% 。微电解对己内酰胺
废水的作用主要由于铁的絮凝作用,处理过程中的酸性条件、微电解的氧化还原和电场作用能改变废水中有机物的特性,从而提高了去
除效率。

Abstract :Fe-C micro-electrolysis was applied for advanced treatment of the wastewater from caprolactam production.
The effects of pH, residence time, mass ratio of iron to carbon influences on treating result were discussed. In the best
treatment condition (pH is 4, residence time is 120 min, and mass ratio of iron to carbon is 4 ), the dislodging rate of COD
reached 57.8 percent, the dislodging rate of chroma reached 68.4 percent. The principle to remove COD and chroma by
the system was mainly due to the flocculation of Fe ,also the acitic condition ,the redox reaction and the electic field
action of micro-electrolysis could change the property of the organic matter in the wastewater ,causing the increasing of
the dislodging efficiency.
