摘要
芦荟葸醌类化合物具有很高的保健等功能,本文主要研究了从芦荟提取芦 荟葸醌和芦荟多糖的最佳工艺,同时将其微胶囊化,以提高芦荟蒽醌类和多糖 化合物的稳定性,保证其能够持久有效地在纺织品上发挥功效。实验主要采用 乙醇回流法和水浸提取、再用乙醇沉淀多糖等方法,提取芦荟中蒽醌和多糖类 物质。通过单因素和正交实验.优化最佳提取工艺。论文采用界面聚合的方法制 备微胶囊。以聚对苯二酰乙二醇为壳材,用水做为非有机相乙二醇的溶剂,二
甲苯做为有机相对苯二酰氯的溶剂,并以芦荟提取物的浓缩液为芯材,制备芦 荟微胶囊。实验研究了芯壳比、搅拌速率、反应温度、反应时间等因素对微胶 囊的粒度及其包裹率的影响,通过分析确定了微胶囊制备的最佳条件,并对微 胶囊进行了结构表征与性能研究,分析了微胶囊的粒度、包裹率、热稳定性, 探讨了微胶囊结构与性能之间的关系;测试了芦荟微胶囊整理的纺织品抗菌, 抗紫外等应用性能。
研究表明,微胶囊化改善了芦荟蒽醌和多糖类化合物的稳定性,提高了热 稳定性,同时赋予纺织品一定的保湿、抗菌、抗紫外等功能,为开发我国芦荟 资源提供了可行性,对于制备保健纺织品等具有广阔的应用前景。

The aloe anthraquinone and polysaccharides very useful importance This text mainly investigate to the best technics of distilling aloe anthraquinone and polysaccharides,at the same time mieroencapsulation technology was used to improve its
stability and applicationng performance.
This experiment mainly studied the extraction of anthraquinone and polysaccharides from aloe.The optimum extracting conditions were studied with single factors and ortanique test design.In order to solve the stability of aloe anthraquinone
and polysaccharides,it Can adolpt micro-encapsulation,meanwhile it iS studied that the
sundry conditions impact to microcapsule parcel,such as core-shell ratio,temperature,the reaction time and SO on.Experiment confirms the best condition of microcapsule preparation and calculates the micro—capsules parcel rate.what is more,the capability of micro-capsules is also texted,for exsample,anti-bacterial,
anti-UV and SOon.
Research shows that micro-encapsulation improve the stability of the aloe anthraquinone thermaI stability,and have a certain anti-bacterial.anti.UV and other funetiom SO it has wide propects.Researching aloe anthraquinone for the development of our resources provides the feasibility,and it also provides a scientific basis for the development of family healthcare food and medicine.
