精品论文 参考文献 经桡动脉穿刺冠脉造影及支架植入术的护理 李凤梅 （成都市第五人民医院心血管内科 四川成都 610000） 【摘要】目的 总结经桡动脉选择性冠脉造影及支架植入术的临床护理。方法 针对我院2011年2月-2011年11月的468例经桡动脉穿刺选择性冠状动脉造影及支架植入术患者进行全面细致的护理即手术前对患者健康教育指导和细致的心理护理，手术后严密观察患者生命体征变化、术肢和桡动脉穿刺处情况，加强心理护理和康复指导。结果 468例手术共 447例获得成功，经桡动脉穿刺成功率为95.5%，21例经桡动脉穿刺失败后改为经股动脉手术。手术后 32例患者前臂皮下有瘀斑，84 例患者穿刺点渗血，9例患者穿刺部位血肿，经过及时对症处理后患者症状全部消失。经造影后确诊冠心病421例，其中行支架植入57例。 结论 针对经桡动脉穿刺选择性冠状动脉造影及支架植入术患者，做好手术前的充分准备和心理护理，术后做好穿刺部位观察和术侧肢体的护理、康复指导，可以减少手术后并发症的发生，减轻患者痛苦，有利于提高手术成功率。 【关键词】经桡动脉冠脉造影 冠脉内支架植入术 护理 【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）29-0266-02 Nursing for radial artery puncture coronary angiography and stent implantation Li Feng Mei 【Abstract】 Objective: Sum up methods of nursing for radial artery puncture coronary angiography stent implantation. Methods: Choosed 468 patients treated with radial artery puncture coronary angiography stent implantation from Feb. 2011 to Nov. 2011 to conduct a comprehensive and meticulous care on patients health education guidance and detailed mental nursing before operation, and observed vital signs change, operation limb and radial artery puncture situation after operation with psychological nursing.
