第 13 卷 第 6 期 装 备 环 境 工 程 2016 年12 月 EQUIPMENT ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING ·23 · 功能化层状复合材料的制备及其电催化性能 张振业,杨敏,王大洋,马娟娟,刘霖,童志伟 (淮海工学院 化学工程学院,江苏 连云港 222005) 摘要:目的 制备一种新型功能化离子液体修饰层状复合材料,研究其对L-酪氨酸(L-Tyr )的电催 化氧化行为。方法 通过静电自组装方式将氮氧自由基功能化离子液体(TEMPO-IL )与钙铌酸钾 (KCa Nb O )进行复合,并运用XRD ,FTIR ,SEM ,HRTEM 等测试手段对所作材料的微观形 2 3 10 貌和结构进行分析表征。另外,将其作为电极修饰剂修饰于电极表面通过电化学工作站测试其电化 学性质。结果 该修饰电极对于电催化氧化L-Tyr 有着较高的电化学活性。同时实验还表明,当L-Tyr -4 -2 的浓度在1×10 ~ 1.16×10 mol/L 之间时,峰电流值与 L-Tyr 浓度呈良好的线性相关,检测下限为 6.2×10-5 mol/L (信噪比为3 )。结论 静电自组装是一种能够快捷、高效的制备层状复合材料方法, 且得到的复合材料显示出在生物传感器方面的应用前景。 关键词:功能化离子液体;静电自组装;层状复合材料;电催化 DOI :10.7643/ issn.1672-9242.2016.06.005 中图分类号:TJ04 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1672-9242(2016)06-0023-05 Preparation and Electrocatalytic Properties of Functional Layered Composite Materials ZHANG Zhen-ye, YANG Min, WANG Da-yang, MA Juan-juan, LIU Lin, TONG Zhi-wei (School of Chemical Engineering, Huaihai Institute of Technology, Lianyungang 222005, China) ABSTRACT: Objective To prepare a novel functional ionic liquid modified layered composite materials, and study its electro- catalytic oxidation behavior on L-Tyrosine. Methods The compound of TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidyl-1-oxy)-IL with KCa Nb O was fabricated by electrostatic self-assembly deposition (ESD) method. The morphology and structure of obtained 2 3 10 compound were analyzed and characterized by means of various techniques including XRD, FTIR, SEM and HRTEM.
