宁夏渠道衬砌防冻胀试验研究

摘 要:衬砌渠道冻胀破坏多年来一直影响着宁夏渠道的使用年限和安全运行。本文是在对宁夏灌区多年来渠道衬砌型式及应用效果调查、分析、总结,并借鉴国内研究成果和成功经验的基础上,选取具有代表性的渠道汉渠作为试验段,设计12种不同衬砌结构型式,通过三年的试验观测,取得了大量的试验数据。对不同衬砌型式的防冻胀效果和技术经济指标进行综合分析比较,提出适合宁夏灌区特点、满足渠道安全运行、经济实用、防冻胀效果显著的混凝土板+土工膜+苯板+砂砾石换填等多种衬砌结构型式。其研究成果目前已应用于灌区续建配套和节水改造工程实践中,具有广泛的推广和适用价值。

Abstract:The lining work channel heave destruction for many years has always been affecting service time and safe operation the Ningxia channel. This article has been in to the Ningxia irrigationarea for many years the canal lining pattern and the applicationeffect investigation, the analysis, the summary, and the modeldomestic research results and in the success experience foundation,the selection has the representative channel Han ditch to take theexperimental section, designs 12 kind of different lining worksstructures pattern, through three years experimental observation, hasobtained the massive tentative data. Guards against the heave effectand the technology economic indicator to the different lining workpattern carries on the generalized analysis comparison, proposed suitsthe Ningxia irrigation area characteristic, the satisfied channel safeoperation, the economy is practical, guards against the heave effectremarkable concrete slab + earth labor membrane +polystyrene board + Sand and gravel to trade fills in and so on the many kinds of lining worksstructure pattern. Its research results has at present applied to theirrigation area continues constructs forms a complete set and saveswater in the transformation project practice, has the widespreadpromotion and is suitable the value.
