精品论文 参考文献 紧急宫颈环扎术治疗宫颈机能不全至宫颈扩张临床效果 深圳市第三人民医院儿科 518000 【摘 要】目的 探讨品管圈（Quality Control Circle，ＱＣＣ）在提高儿童血气标本采集成功率的应用效果。方法 成立品管圈根据迫切性、圈能力等选定本次活动主题。拟定活动计划书，进行现况调查，依据改善重点及圈能力设定目标、原因解析、拟定可行性对策、实施对策。比较品管圈活动前后科室护士采集儿童血气标本的成功率，确认品管圈实施后的效果。[１]结果 有形成果方面，开展QCC 活动前，全科护士儿童血气标本采集成功率为57.8%，活动后为85.4%。开展QCC活动前后比较，全科护士儿童血气标本采集成功率显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。并规范化了工作流程，纳入临床带教及规范化培训计划。成功申请国家新型专利一项。在无形成果方面，开展品管圈活动后，圈员的解决问题能力、责任心、协调沟通能力、团队凝聚力、自信心、积极性、品管圈手法的运用能力及幸福感8 个方面自我评分均高于活动前 　结论 QCC活动能提高儿科护士护理操作水平，提升全科护士综合临床工作能力及对QCC 的认识、运用能力、执行力等，提高血气标本采集的成功率。 【关键词】品管圈；儿童血气分析标本；成功率 Objective：To evaluate the effect of QCC for increasing the success rate of artery blood sample for gas and blood analysis.Method we set up QCC，choose the activity topic according to the capacity and urgency.formulate activity plan，perform field investigation，make and implement the feasible strategy and compare the success rate pre and post QCC activity，confirm the effect of QCC.Result the tangible achievement is as follows：first，we increase the success rate of artery blood sample collection from 57.8% to 85.4，the result has statistical significance.Meanwhile we formulate the work procedure，which is admited into teaching plan normalized training plan.second，we apply for a state patent.The intangible achivement：we improve the capacity of solving problems，responsibility，communicating and coordinating，team spirit，confidence，positivity，happiness etc.Conclusion QCC can improve the nursing level and clinical work ability of the pediatric nurse，and improve their ability to understand and perform QCC.Improve the success rate of artery blood collection. 【中图分类号】R339.31【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2096-0867（2016）-1-035-02 品管圈为品质质量持续改进小组，由日本石川馨博士在1962 年所创，是指同一工作现场的人员自愿组成团队，针对目前工作中存在问题，运用品质管理方法及相关管理手段，全员参加持续质量改进的方式不断进行维护和改善自己工作现场的活动，从而实现管理目标[２]。 我院是一所以传染病为特色综合性的三级医院，儿科２０１０年１１月成立，实际开放床位４９张（其中新生儿无陪护病房５张），配备护士２１ 人，以儿科临床工作时间lt;3 年为主，专科操作技能薄弱，穿刺成功率低导致患者满意度下降，医疗诊疗不能及时有效，并在护理人员不足的情况下，耗费了大量的时间。儿童血管细，波动微弱，血气分析采集需要的动脉血管滑动、不固定，因此，穿刺成功率更低。２０１４ 年９ 月　我科
