基于 USB 总线的便携式心电监护仪的研究
摘 要
动态心电监护仪能够记录病人日常生活、工作、活动条件下的心电变化,采 集到早期的潜在心脏疾病的心电信号,使心脏病的早期诊断成为可能。而且动态 心电图还是常规心电图的必要补充,是医生诊断心脏疾病的重要依据。因此动态 心电监护仪具有很大的发展前景。
另外在现今 USB 总线接口技术凭借其体积小、即插即用、使用简便灵活等 特点被广泛应用于 PC 机领域。但在嵌入式系统中,由于 USB 设备无法脱离 PC 机而独立工作,在应用上受到了很大的限制。但是随着各种功能强大的 USB 主 机芯片的出现,这一问题也会得到很快的解决。因此动态心电监护仪和 USB 接 口技术的结合将成为一种必然的趋势。
本文介绍了一种基于 USB 总线的便携式心电监护系统。该系统以 C8051F340 微处理器为控制核心。以 SL811HS 为 USB 主接口芯片。并在这些硬件的基础上 设计了与 U 盘进行通讯所需的 USB 主机协议栈、USB Mass Storage 类协议框架 和 FAT 文件系统。从而使得该系统可以通过 USB 主接口将采集到的心电信号及 时的存入 U 盘当中。另外该心电监护仪还可以通过 USB 总线向计算机传送实时 心电数据,并且心电信号采集电路还具有输入阻抗高、导联可调选、滤波功能全、 电路功耗低等特点,非常适合应用于便携式心电监护系统。

RESEARCH OF PORTABLE ECG MONITOR BASED ON USB SERIAL BUS
ABSTRACT
Holter can record human ECG while people is spending their daily life,aiming at early detection of the hidden signs of heart disorder and prompt first aid to heart diseases. Moreover, the dynamic ECG is the necessary complement to the routine electrocardiogram and the important basis for the diagnosis of heart disease. So the development prospect of Holter will be very good.
In addition, today USB has been used extensively in the PC realm for its excellent feature, such as small, plug and play, flexible operations and so on. But in the built-in system, its function is limited because of the USB equipments can’t work independently without the the PC machine. But with the appearing of powerful USB host Interface chip, this problem will be solved quickly. So combining the USB interface technology with Holter is the inexorable trend in the future.
This thesis introduces a portable ECG monitoring system bases on the USB serial bus. This system uses Microprocessor C8051F340 as its controlling core, SL811HS as USB host Interface chip. Based on this hardware, it designs USB host specification stack, specification frame about USB Mass Storage and FAT file system so that this system can store the collected ECG signals in U-Disk by the USB main interface without delay.
