生物质燃气发动机燃烧稳定性试验研究 院 系航空航天工程学部专 业热能与动力工程班 级 号2012040402054姓 名 王泽龙指导教师 陈 雷负责教师陈 雷 沈阳航空航天大学 2016年6月摘 要 现如今,环境污染和能源匮乏的问题越来越严重,生物质燃气作为内燃机的替代燃料之一,具有资源丰富容易取得等优点,但是生物质燃气也有其缺点,例如它的组成成分及含量多变,不可燃组分含量较多,而不可燃组分又会导致部分燃烧等我们不想要的燃烧发生,因此生物质燃气发动机在工作时经常出现燃烧稳定性差等问题,针对这个问题,我们在一台小型风冷汽油发动机上采用瓶装气体模拟实际生物质燃气的方法做了可变的组分生物质燃气发动机的燃烧循环变动试验研究,分析了二氧化碳以及各个可燃的成分的含量变的化对发动机运行时工作稳定性与否的影响,也找到了燃料组分多少的变化对发动机稳定与否的一些影响规律。结果显示,当理论空燃比除以实际空燃比(当量比)的比值较小、且燃料组份中氢气的含量相对较小时,二氧化碳的含量对燃烧稳定性起决定性的支配作用,循环变动的增加的原因主要是因为二氧化碳含量的增加,但随着氢气含量的增大以及理论空燃比除以实际空燃比的比值变大特别是当氢气的含量达到50%之后,二氧化碳对燃烧的控制影响作用开始越来越弱。本试验通过进行生物质燃气发动机的燃烧试验 ,旨在找出燃烧最稳定状态下各组分含量,获得改善稳定性方法。 关键词:生物质燃气;小型风冷汽油发动机;循环变动;平均指示压力系数;当量比; Experimental?Research?on?co mbustion? Stability?of?Biomass?Gas?EngineAbstractNowadays, environmental pollution and the lack of power sources are becoming more and more serious. As an alternative fuel of internal combustion engine, the biomass gas has the advantages of abundant resources and easier access. However, the biomass gas also has its disadvantages, such as the changeableness of its composition and content, the high content of non-combustible component, which will lead to some unwished combustions occurs. Hence the biomass gas engine often appears the problem such as poor combustion stability in working condition. In order to solve this problem, we use bottled gas to simulate the actual biomass gas, and experimental study on cyclic variation of biomass gas engine with variable composition in a small air-cooled gasoline engine, then analyze the impact of the content changes of CO2 and the combustible components on the stability of the engine, meanwhile find fuel influence of component change on engine stability.
