苏果超市供应链管理下的采购管理 【摘要】随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，企业竞争环境发生了质的变化。为了适应新的变化，增强企业市场竞争能力，满足用户要求，企业必须改善内部结构和管理，联合上下游企业，建立起经济利益相连、业务关系紧密的供应链管理，实施新的供应链管理。采购管理是供应链管理中的一个重要环节，对企业降低成本有着至关重要的作用。原来的采购方式已不能满足当今形势下企业采购的需求，需要总结出供应链管理下的采购管理的实施要点，以便于提高企业采购的效益。本文介绍了苏果超市的背景，在此基础上，研究苏果超市供应链管理下的企业采购管理的现状、内容、问题，并提出解决对策。 【关键词】现状 内容 问题 解决对策 Abstract: With the speeding up of the global economic integration, qualitative changes have taken place in enterprise competition environment. In order to adapt to the new change, the enhancement enterprise market competition ability, to meet user requirements, enterprises must improve the internal structure and management, joint upstream and downstream enterprises, establish the economic interests of the supply chain management, business relations are closely connected, implementation of the new supply chain management. Purchasing management is an important part of supply chain management, reduce the cost of the enterprise have a vital role. The original procurement methods cannot meet the needs of todays situation, enterprise procurement, need to come to the conclusion that the implementation of the purchasing management under supply chain management key points, in order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise procurement. This paper introduces the background of suguo supermarket, on this basis, the study of suguo supermarket enterprise purchasing management under supply chain management status, content, problems, and puts forward the countermeasures.
