第 5 卷 　第 5 期 南 水 北 调 与 水 利 科 技 Vol 5 No 5 2007 年 10 月 Sout htoNort h Wat er Tran sfer s and Wat er Science Technology Oct 2007 PV A 纤维增强混凝土的弯曲韧性 邓宗才 ,薛会青 ,李朋远 (北京工业大学 建筑工程学院 ,北京 100022) ( ) 摘要 :为了掌握具有高强度和弹性模量的聚乙烯醇纤维 PVA 增强混凝土的抗弯韧性 ,对 PVA 纤维混凝土的弯曲韧性 进行了系统试验 ,测定了不同纤维掺量纤维混凝土梁的荷载 —挠度全曲线 。基于美国 A STM 方法 ,分析了 PVA 纤维增 强混凝土的弯 曲韧性 。研究表 明: PVA 纤维可显著提高混凝土抗弯韧性和变形能力 , 纤维掺量为 078 kg/ m3 、 3 3 10 kg/ m 和13 kg/ m 时 ,韧性指数 I5 分别比素混凝土提高 289 、282 和 324 倍, I10 分别比素混凝土提高 433 、508 和 629 , I30 分别比素混凝土提高 791 、798 和 883 。在纤维体积率相同情况下 ,PVA 纤维混凝土抗弯韧性高于聚丙烯 纤维混凝土 ;PVA 纤维使混凝土由脆性破坏变为延性破坏 。 关键词 :PVA 纤维 ;弯曲韧性 ;混凝土 中图分类号 : TU 528572 　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 (2007) 050 13903 Flexural Toughness of Polyvinyl Alcohol( PVA) Fiber Reinf orced Concrete Beams D EN G Zongcai , XU E Huiqing ,L I Pengyuan ( ) S chool of Ci v i l Eng i neeri ng , B eij i ng Uni vers ity of Technology , B eij i ng 100022 , Chi na Abstract : The polyvinyl alcohol fiber s a new t yp e fiber .
