复杂铜铅锌多金属矿的选矿工艺试验研究①

摘 要:针对某地含铜、铅、锌多金属硫化矿易浮选难分离、嵌布粒度极不均匀的特点,采用优先浮选铜⁃再磨⁃精选铜⁃铜浮选尾矿
选铅⁃再选锌的工艺流程,在合理的药剂条件下,获得了较好的分选指标,铜精矿含铜 18.02%、回收率57.50%,铅精矿含铅51.43%、
回收率33.20%,锌精矿含锌45.83%、回收率48.95%,铅锌混合精矿含铅和锌分别为31.53%和38.46%,铅回收率为42.56%、锌
回收率为34.05%。

Cu⁃Pb⁃Zn Complex Polymetallic Sulphide Ore

Abstract:According to the characteristics of a certain Cu⁃Pb⁃Zn polymetallic sulphide ore such as the floatability of
“easy to float yet hard to be separated” and the extremely inhomogeneousdistribution of dissemination size,aflowsheet
consisting of selectivefloatationof copper,regrinding,cleaningof copper andbeneficiationof leadandzincfromcopper
flotation tailingswas selected. Adopting a rational reagent system,good separation indices can be attained:Cu grade
and recovery of copper concentrate are 18.02% and57.50%,respectively,Pb grade and recovery of lead concentrate
are51.43% and33.20%,respectively,Zn grade and recovery of zinc concentrate are45.83% and48.95%,respec⁃
tively,the Pb grade and recovery,and the Zn grade and recovery for the lead⁃zinc bulk concentrate are 31.53%,
4256%,38.46% and34.05%,respectively.
