精品论文 参考文献 经掌侧入路行锁定加压钢板固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折效果分析 内江市东兴区中医医院 641103 摘要：目的：探究经掌侧入路行锁定加压钢板固定在老年桡骨远端骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年4月至2014年4月我院收治的老年桡骨远端骨折患者40例，按照治疗方式的不同分为两组，每组20例，对照组采用经皮克氏针内固定治疗，观察组采用经掌侧锁定加压钢板固定治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组优良率95.0%（）明显高于对照组80.0%（）；且观察组各项观察指标（骨折愈合时间、尺偏角、掌倾角）明显优于对照组，Plt;0.05，均具有统计学意义。结论：经掌侧入路行锁定加压钢板固定在老年桡骨远端骨折患者中具有较好的应用价值，能够提高优良率，值得在临床上推广。 关键词：经掌侧；锁定加压钢板固定；桡骨远端骨折；临床疗效 [abstract]objective：to explore the volar approach row locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of distal radius fracture application effect.Methods：to choose between April 2013 and April 2013 of our hospital in elderly patients with fracture of the distal radius of 40 cases，according to the different methods of treatment can be divided into two groups，20 cases in each group，control group adopts the piques pin internal fixation treatment，observation group with volar locking compression plate fixation treatment，observe two groups of treatment effect.Results：the observation group was 95.0%（）is significantly higher than the control group 80.0%（）；Group and observe the observation indexes（fracture healing time，ulnar inclination Angle and palm）was better than control group，P lt; 0.05，all statistically significant.Conclusions：the volar approach row locking compression plate fixation in elderly patients with fracture of the distal radius has good application value and can improve crop，is worth popularizing in clinic. Key words：the palm side；Locking compression plate fixation；Distal radius fracture.Clinical curative effect 桡骨远段骨折是临床上比较常见的老年群体骨折类型。据临床统计显示，该种骨折类型占所有老年群体骨折类型50%以上。临床上桡骨远段骨折由于出现桡骨短缩甚至碎裂以及局部移位等，因而传统保守治疗效果往往不佳。为研究经掌侧入路行锁定加压钢板固定（LCP）在老年桡骨远端骨折治疗中的应用效果，本文选取2013年4月至2014年4月我院收治的老年桡骨远端骨折患者40例，以此作为研究对象进行分析，结果报告如下： 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 选取2013年4月至2014年4月我院收治的老年桡骨远端骨折患者40例，按照治疗方式的不同分为两组，观察组20例，男性8例，女性12例，年龄在61-78岁之间，平均年龄为（68.1plusmn;3.6）岁；对照组20例，男性7例，女性13例，年龄在60-79岁之间，平均年龄为（67.9plusmn;3.7）岁。骨折类型：闭合性骨折31例，开放性骨折9例。根据AO分型：A3型6例，B3型12例，C1型7例，C2型8例，C3型7例。两组患者在性别、年龄、骨折类型等一般资料上无显著差异（Pg
