UC-KB-2008D型气体报警控制器 目 录 1. 引言·····························································2 1.1 简述·······················································2 技术指标···················································2 主要功能···················································3 2. 安装····························································5 2.1 安装尺寸···················································5 2.2 安装方式···················································5 2.3 接线·······················································5 3. 操作说明························································6 3.1 面板说明···················································6 工作状态说明···············································7 4. 使用调整························································8 5. 报警处理························································8 6. 故障诊断与处理··················································8 7. 维护维修 ·······················································9 1.引言 本手册详细阐明了如何安装、操作、维护UC-KB-2008型可燃气体报警控制器(见图1)。 1.1 简述 UC-KB-2008可燃气体报警控制器(以下简称控制器),它与具有防爆性能的UC-KT-2010型可燃气体探测器(以下简称探测器)配合使用。探测器固定安装在可能有可燃气体泄露的室内、外危险场所。控制器接受探测器传来的电信号,并对之进行滤波、模数转换、线性化、浓度计算等一系列处理工作,得到当前可燃气体的浓度值。当浓度值达到预先设定的报警值时,控制器即可发出声、光报警及控制信号,提示操作人员采取安全对策或自动启动相关设备,从而避免发生爆炸事故。控制器具有比较完善的自诊断功能,可对系统的各种故障进行处理,以便及时维修。 控制器设计符合国标GB16808-1997《可燃气体报警控制器技术要求和试验方法》,经过公安部消防产品合格评定中心评定,获得产品型式认可证书,编号:073064851134ROS。经过北京市相关质量技术监督部门的考核,获得制造计量器具许可证,证号:京[制。 1.2 技术指标 供电电压:交流(187~242)V。 检测范围:(0~99)%LEL。 线性误差极限:±5%LEL。 功 耗:≤30W。 工作温度:(0~40)℃ 工作湿度:≤95% 通道容量:1点 报警设置:低限报警25%LEL,高限报警50%LEL(用户可自行设定) 触点输出:每路探头有高、低限报警均有2组无源常开触点(电容量220 V2A) 标定气样:甲烷(或由用户指定) 传输距离:≤1km(线阻小于20Ω) 箱体规格:170mm×54mm×200mm 重 量:1kg 1.3 主要功能 1.各通道均可独立设置其工作状态,包括通道单位、量程、报警上下限设定值等。 2.各通道上下限报警均对应相应的联动输出。 3.控制器具有自检功能,可对机器的重要部件和面板上所有指示灯进行检查。 4.当有下列情形之一时,控制器能在30s内发出与报警信号有明显区别的声、光故障信号: a, 探测器与控制器连接线断路。 b, 探测器内部元件失效。 c
