State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company, Xicheng District, Beijing 100010, China) ABSTRACT: In order to comprehensively consider the good environmental benefit and stochastic and fluctuant output of distributed wind power, an improved conception of minimum voltage stability margin index based on the maximum branch transmission power is proposed and proved to be reasonable by theory. Meanwhile, a multi-objective optimal model of distributed wind power locating and sizing in distribution network based on minimum voltage stability margin index is established. The model has two objective functions: maximization of minimum voltage stability margin of system weak node and maximization of economic benefit of power distribution system. And this model is solved by using adaptive mutation multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm. Finally,
