建筑空调系统中排风热回收技术及经济性分析 摘 要 文章总体上按照换热器的类型,分门别类地给出了各项空调系统中排风热回收技 术。排风显热回收设备有板型显热换热器和热管式换热器;排风全热(焓)回收设备有 [8] 板翅式全热换热器、转轮式全热换热器、热泵式换热器、旋转通道式热回收装置 和溶 液式全热回收装置。其中,板型显热换热器综合概述了板式显热换热器和板翅式显热 换热器;热管式换热器涉及到了重力热管式通风换热器、重力热管式余热回收系统和 分体热虹热管换热器。文章还简述了在空调领域有应用潜力的脉动热管。文章对每种 热回收装置的工作原理和优缺点进行了浅层次的分析和简单比较。基于空调排风热回 收技术简单介绍,文章综合已有文献中的工程实例,着重对前面介绍的热回收技术中 的2—3 种进行了经济比选,为空调系统中排风热回收装置类型的选择提供参考。 关键词:空调系统,排风热回收,建筑节能,经济性分析 1 现代暖通空调技术 Abstract In generally, according to the type of heat exchanger, Exhaust air heat recovery technologies in air-condition systerm are introduced respectively. Exhaust air sensible heat recovery equipments include Plate Sensible Heat Exchangers, Heat Pipe Exchangers; Exhaust air total heat (enthalpy ) recovery equipments consist of Plate-fin Type total Heat Exchangers, Rotary Heat Exchangers, Heat Pump Heat Exchangers, Rotating Channel Heat Recovery Devices, Solution Enthalpy Recovery Devices. And Plate Sensible Heat Exchangers are comprised of Plate Type Sensible Heat Exchangers and Plate-fin Type Sensible Heat Exchangers; Heat Pipe Exchangers involve Gravity Heat Pipe Type Heat Exchangers, Gravity Heat Pipe Waste Heat Recovery System, Sperated-type Thermo-siphon Heat Exchangers. Moreover, in this paper Pulsating Heat Pipe with potential application in HVAC systerm is introduced briefly. This paper makes a simple analysis and comparison in terms of operational principle and pros and cons of every heat recovery devices involved.
