电梯自动控制系统设计
摘 要
随着我国经济的高速发展,微电子技术、计算机技术和自动控制技术也得到了迅速发展,交流变频调速技术也已经进入一个新的时代,其应用越来越广。而电梯作为现代高层建筑的垂直交通工具,与人们的生活日益紧密相关。随着人们对其要求的提高,电梯技术得到了快速发展,其拖动技术已经发展到了调频调压调速,其逻辑控制也由PLC代替了原来的继电器控制。
本次设计的研究题目是“电梯自动控制系统设计”主要是利用PLC及其软件来实现电梯信号的控制,其控制的核心是PLC。课题研发的主要任务和内容是:熟悉电梯的主要组成部分、工作过程及对电梯整机的性能指标要求;制定单梯控制系统总体方案,绘制控制系统总框图;电梯曵驱动系统原理图及选型设计;PLC控制系统硬件设计、I/O分配及程序设计;程序调试与仿真;轿厢系统的三维模型设计。
对于这次设计中的两个核心问题,一个是运行效率和安全性的要求,另一个是利用PLC实现电梯的信号控制。针对这两方面问题,在这次设计中通过对编程器的合理的选择和程序的正确编写,使问题得到了解决。

Design of elevator automatic control system
Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, microelectronic technology, computer technology and the automatic theory are developed rapidly. The AC variable frequency technology has been in a new state. It’s application is becoming more and more widely .But the elevator as an important traffic in skyscraper, it also has developed quickly with the improving requirement of the people. It’s dragging technology has developed from DC timing to AC variable frequency timing and it’s logic control-relay control also has been replaced by PLC.
The research topic of this design is Design of elevator automatic control system, mainly uses PLC and its software to realize elevator signal control, and its control core is PLC. Research of the main tasks and contents are: familiar with the requirements of main components, the working process of elevator and elevator performance indicators; establish single elevator control scheme of the system, drawing the general block diagram of the control system; the design and selection of the system principle driven elevator Yi; PLC control system design, hardware design and program I/O distribution; debugging and simulation program; the design of three-dimensional model of car system.
