This paper has made in the development of the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province Based on quite a lot of research, based on the natural resources of our province is abundant, ice and snow culture, black land culture, northern minorities culture is rich and other advantages, in view of the existing restricts our province tourism development problems, focusing on how to promote our province to accelerate the development of tourism, become new economic growth pole, puts forward some strategic thoughts. From the development of the market, the tourism products in our province to create quality products, to strengthen the publicity and promotion, to promote the development of tourism, develop tourism commodities group, were analyzed and discussed to promote the tourism development to a new level initiatives and make active industrial policy and personnel training and other aspects, expounds some views to change these the problem.
