PAGE 本科毕业设计（论文） 探讨中小企业融资方式的选择 学 院 经济与贸易学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 年级班别 2007级（1）班 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 2011年6月 摘 要 当今，经济全球化进程日趋加速，市场竞争日趋激烈，中小企业发展的问题成为了一个世界性的研究课题，所以，加快中小企业的发展，便成为国民经济持续稳定增长的有力保障。 众所周知，资金是企业发展的推动力，企业发展离不开资金的支持，而资金短缺是我国中小企业发展过程中普遍存在的难题。我国可供中小企业选择的融资方式有哪些？我国中小企业该如何选择融资方式以更好地发展企业？这些都是我们要给予密切关注的。 因此，本课题将重点探讨新形势下中小企业的发展模式和融资需求，分析目前国内国际金融环境下各种可供选择的融资方式，并从中小企业自身发展角度对比各种融资方式的利弊，并探讨中小企业应如何充分运用现有的融资渠道，进而实现战略目标。 关键词：中小企业，融资方式，融资策略 Abstract Today, the economic globalization is in the increasingly accelerated process, the market becomes increasingly competitive, the issues of development of SMEs (Small Media Enterprises) have become a worldwide research project. Therefore, to accelerate the development of SMEs, sustainable and stable economic growth has become a powerful protection. As we all know, money is the driving force of enterprise development, enterprise development is inseparable from financial support, and a shortage of funds is the common problem among the development of SME. What and how can SME choose the financing mode in order to make a better development for business? These are what we must pay our prompt attention to. Therefore, this topic will focus on the development of SMEs under the new situation models and financing needs, analyze under the current domestic and international financial environment, a variety of alternative means of financing their own development from the perspective of SMEs compared the pros and cons of various financing methods, and to explore how SMEs should make full use of existing financing channels to achieve strategic objectives.
