毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：住宅小区物业管理系统 --用户登录及住户资料管理模块 院系名称：计算机学院 班 级：计科063 学 号：XXX 学生姓名：XXX 指导教师：XXX 2010年 6 月  住宅小区物业管理系统 --用户登录及住户资料管理模块 Residential Property Management System --User login and household data management module 院系名称：计算机学院 班 级：计科063 学 号：XXX 学生姓名：XXX 指导教师：XXX 2010年6 月 摘 要 我们的项目名称是住宅小区物业管理系统。系统的功能模块主要有：登录系统管理模块、住户资料模块、房产资料模块、停车场管理模块、收费管理模块、住户投诉模块、报修管理模块等。根据小区住户和系统的需求，还增加了公告、留言板、数据库备份、还原和投票模块。 本文主要负责的模块是：登陆系统管理模块，住户资料模块，住户投诉和公告模块。经过需求分析，总体设计和详细设计，本文完成的功能有：住户注册、登陆、查询和修改个人信息；住户进行投诉以及查看投诉处理情况；管理员添加、编辑、删除住户和操作员的信息；管理员对住户投诉进行审核；管理员添加、编辑新闻公告等。 本系统是利用Visual Studio.Net工具、SQL Server数据库，以及C#和JavaScript脚本语言共同完成！在实现的过程中，还用到了Dreamweaver和CSS样式表来实现一些特效。比如：系统前台的横向下拉菜单和后台的纵向展开菜单！ 通过数据测试，系统运行良好，操作方便，实用。另外，此系统界面简单大方，适合不同计算机熟悉程度的人使用。 关键词： Abstract The project name is Residential Property Management System. It include the following modules: login management module, household data module, property information module, parking management module, charge management module, the resident complained module and repair management module and so on. According to the needs of residential households and the project, it also increased the notice, message board, database backup, restore and voting modules. The article responsible for the module is: login management module, household data module, the resident complained module and the notice modules. Through needs analysis, overall design and detailed design, the article finished the function as following: household registration, login, inquiry and modification; household complaint, inquiry the information of complaint; Administrators can add, edit and delete the household and operator information; Administrators inquiry and review complaints; Administrators can add, edit news bulletin. The system is the use of Visual Studio.Net tools, SQL Server database, as well as C # and JavaScript language together
