摘要 PAGE II摘 要 目前,在矿井的辅助运输中,煤矿架线机车应用较为普遍,其运行安全关系到安全生产,而智能识别红绿灯信号的制动系统是安全运行的保障。本文介绍了煤矿架线机车智能气动刹车系统原理,并对该系统的主要构件进行了有限元分析,为机构设计和气动元件的选择提供了理论依据和实践基础;煤矿架线机车智能刹车系统设计,以MCS-51系列单片机为核心,采用无线电遥控发射-接收元件作为机车到达弯-岔道的检测元件,由单片机根据接收到的不同位置的编码信号,使系统发出相应的语音信号,并进行减速。当煤矿架线机车运行到距离红灯安放位置40米以内时,遇红灯亮信号,矿用架线机车自动刹车,否则通过。本文并对矿用架线机车避免启动起火的问题进行了介绍,提出了利用本智能刹车系统,在电机内部温度达到限定值时,能自动拉弓断电的电路设计方案。关键词:智能刹车 无线电检测 单片机 有限元分析AbstractAbstract At present the appliance of mine aerial cable locomotive is clear at large in the assistant transport of mine the safety moving relates the safety production and the brake system that can intellectually identify the red and green light signal is the guarantee of the safety moving. This paper introduces the principle of intellectually pneumatic brake system and finite element analyzes the mostly component. It provides theory and practice basic for framework design and the choice of pneumatic components; the intellectual brake system design of the mine aerial cable locomotive uses a8031 single chip microprocessor as CPU,using infrared ray remote controlled emit and receive system as the measuring component to measure whether the mine locomotive comes near the curve or branch. When system receives the infrared signal with different position coding,it can broadcast correspond sound information,and decelerate. When mine aerial cable locomotive runs forty distance or sub-forty distance from the position that the red light is placed,it brakes when the red light is lighted or runs continually.
