覆盖件汽车车门内板的成形 摘要 冲压模具是机械制造业中技术先进、影响深远的重要工艺装备,具有生产效率高、材料利用率高、制件质量优良、工艺适应性好等特点,被广泛应用于汽车、机械、航天、航空、轻工、电子、电器、仪表等行业。 本课题选用典型的汽车覆盖件——车门内板,并对其进行冲压成形工艺方案设计。首先对零件进行结构分析,确定零件尺寸,并在CAD中画出其三维示意图,然后进一步对其进行冲压工艺性分析,确定其成形难点,在保证产品质量的前提下,不断完善确定最佳工艺方案。零件冲压工艺确定后,接着对其进行模具设计。模具设计是重中之重,每一付模具都必须经过精确计算,包括拉深力、压边力等。模具设计必须先设计好凸、凹模,凸、凹模的设计对零件的最终成形尤为重要,必须先充分计算其尺寸,然后在CAD中画出其三维示意图及二维尺寸图。接着要设计模架,选择导柱、导套,并确定模座尺寸,最后设计其它模具工作零件,包括卸料板、固定板、螺钉、定位销、挡料板等,并一一确定尺寸,画出相应实体图及尺寸图。最后根据所设计的结构尺寸在CAD中画出模具总装图。此外,为了提高模具的使用寿命,模具零件的选材也同样重要,先确定模具工作零件的选材,再设计出合适的热处理工艺。 关键词:车门内板 冲压成形 模具设计 热处理 Forming of inside the door plate of automobile covering parts Abstract Mould is an important craft equipment, which is an advanced technology in the mechanical manufacturing industry, with high efficiency, high material utilization, product quality and process good adaptability. It is widely used in automobiles, machinery, aerospace, aviation, light industry, electronics, electrical appliances, instrumentation and other industries. Through reading the books, searching online, reference to similar parts forming process, forming characteristics of different processes for artifacts, this paper formulate corresponding reasonable working procedure, and effective combination, as to reduce the cost of the mould manufacturing cycle, and improve the producing efficiency. At the same time, the use of AutoCAD drawing parts and mould 2 d figure and 3 d drawing, simple and quick, and accurate size, easy to calculate, in quality assurance at the same time, greatly shortened the mould designing cycle. This topic selects the typical automobile covering parts—an inside the door plate, and carries the design of on the stamping forming process, involving the processes of common blanking, deep drawing, punching process. During this period, through extensive access to books, this paper has carried out the adequate theory analysis and calculation.
