基于有限元的沥青路面坑槽修补结构力学特征研究

摘要 根据实际沥青路面坑槽修补的结构形式,建立有限元模型进行力学模拟,用节点跟踪法找出修补路面结构
中的最不利受力位置,结果表明剪应力最不利位置在下面层底部,拉应力和压应力最不利位置在路表处.在最不
利条件下,分析挖补面积、基层修补材料模量以及基面层层间接触状态对修补路面结构受力的影响,其结果可用
于指导坑槽最佳修补面积的确定和基层修补材料的选择以及基面层层间状态的最优设计方案.

Study on mechanic characteristic of repair structure of asphalt
pavement pothole based on finite element

Abstract Based on the actual pothole mending structure of asphalt pavement, create finite element model to make the
mechanical simulation, and ues node tracking method to find out the most unfavorable position in the pavement structure,
the model results show that the maximal shear stress appear at surface course, the maximal tensile and compressive Stress
appear at the road surfacing. Under the most adverse conditions, analyse the mending structural stress affected by dig area,
mend material modulus of base course and the contact state between the surface course and base course, the results can be
used to guide the determine of the suitable dig area, the selection of mend material modulus and the optimal design of con-
tact state between the surface course and base course.
