基于 UML 的离散制造企业 ERP 系统分析建模 摘 要 目前在国 内市场 上占 主导地位 的是国 外的 ERP 系统,但 是由于 中国特有 的 国情， 这些系 统在 应用上狭 隘性很 大。 对 于国内 企业而 言， 企 业信息 化管理需 求非常迫 切，但是由 于自身的 特点 很 难找 到一款为 自己切 身打 造的 ERP 管理 信 息系统 。本文 以此 为 研究目 标，以 在我 国 企业中 占很大 比例 的 离散制 造企业为 研究对象 。由于其 采购、库存和 销售信 息 的数据量 惊人 ,数据 统计分析 困难 。这 种情况在 国内企 业中 很有代表 特性， 故在 这类企业 中运 用 ERP 系统,将 企业信 息全面管 理起来 效果 更加显著 。 本文分析 了现阶 段 ERP 系统国内外 的发 展现状和 趋势 ，以典 型的离散 制造 企业安徽 某机械 制造 企业为例 ，对离散 制 造企业 ,特别是 面向 订单生产 的离散 制 造企业的 ERP 系统 进 行了深入 的调研 。 运用 UML 统一建 模语言 及其建模 工具 , 设计适合 离散制 造企 业的设计 建模流 程。 针对 安徽 A 集团公 司 业务进行 了详细 分析,对 ERP 中最 主 要的三个 模块： 采购 、销售和 仓存， 通过 创建其用例图、 活动图 ，创 建对象 类 、接 口类并 且建立 关 联 ,建立 其对象 模型 、动态模型 和功能 模型来详 细描述 整个 建模的流 程。 关键词： ERP 离散 制造企业 UML 建模 The Analysis and Modeling of the Discrete Manufacturing Enterprise ERP system Based on UML Abstract At present the domestic market is dominated by foreign ERP system, but due to the specific national conditions in China, the system appliess in a narrow way. The needs of enterprise information management is very urgent for domestic companies, however, it is difficult to find an applicable ERP management information system what is made for its needs, because of the characteristics of its own. This thesis is taking this as the research target, and the discrete manufacturing enterprise which holds a large proportion in our country as the research object. Because the data of procurement, inventory and sales information is enormous, the statistical analysis is difficult. This situation is representative in domestic enterprises. Therefore, it is more significant to apply ERP system in this kind of enterprise, so enterprise information management is also more effective.
