Ab stract: Smi ulation expermi ent w as carried out on composition changes of air and crude oil in low-
temperature oxid ization( LTO) at reservoir temperature and reservoir pressure. The resu lts demonstrated
that after oxidation, the aromatics content w as decreased, the resins content w as increased, the satu-
rates content and the asphaltents contentw ere unchanged, the ratio of light composition to heavy compo-
sition in the alkane w as increased, and the viscosity of crude oilw as increased.
