摘 要
本论文简要阐述了烟气脱硫的目的,比较了湿法、干法、半干法脱硫的优缺点,论证了石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术是脱硫效率最高且最常用的方法,分析了湿法烟气脱硫的工艺过程。介绍了烟气脱硫装置的运行参数检测和控制及连锁保护。特以韩城第二发电厂为例集中分析。经FGD处理后的烟气达到国家环保标准,其效率达95%以上。

Abstract
This paper briefly expounds the objective comparison of flue gas desulfurization, wet, dry, semi-dry desulfurization advantages and disadvantages, discusses limestone - gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology is the desulfurization efficiency is highest and most commonly used method, analysis of wet flue gas desulfurization process. Introduces the flue gas desulfurization device operating parameters detection and control and interlock protection. Special to the Hancheng second power plant is exemple concentration analysis. After treatment of FGD flue gas to reach the national environmental protection standards, its efficiency is more than 95%. According to the wet limestone flue gas desulfurization process and scheme, is presented in this paper in order to participate in the data collection and process control of the programmable logic controller ( PLC ) for field control level, through the Ethernet technology to build distributed control system, and MCGS configuration software real-time monitoring system design. Among them, the wet limestone gypsum flue gas desulfurization process with great inertia, time delay, nonlinear, using PLC PID algorithm in flue gas desulfurization absorption tower pH control and flow control. MCGS as a host computer software with friendly user interface, to achieve the operation parameters of process and data display list.
