A noise figure measurement method was described in this paper ,which used the CW signal from vector network analyzer source ,and measured the signal power and the signal and noise power of the DUT respectively ,and acquired noise figure by combining calibration results with power results. The principle of this measurement method and the calibration procedure were discussed by building measurement system model and deriving theory. This measurement method without a given ENR (express noise ratio)noise source is easy and practicable. Keywords: noise figure ;noise power ;vector network analyzer 0 引 言
