丙烯酸酯类涂料印花粘合~Ulta3研究进展

摘 要:综述了涂料印花的特点以及国内涂料印花粘合剂的研究现状及发展趋势,重点讨论了丙烯酸酯类涂料印花粘合剂在 聚合方法(包括核壳乳液聚合、互穿聚合物网络聚合、无皂乳液聚合、微乳液聚合、辐射引发聚合等)和聚合体系的改性技术.聚合体系 通过引入有机硅、水性聚氨酯等组分对丙烯酸酯类粘合剂进行复合改性:(1)有机硅改性的方法有物理共混法和化学共聚法,但物理共 混法基本被淘汰_{匕学共聚改性是通过有机硅单体中不饱和键和丙烯酸酯类单体中的活性官能团反应,生成无规、接枝、嵌段或互穿网 络等聚合物;(2)水性聚氨酯与聚丙烯酸酯(PA)存在性质互补,将 2者有机结合起来,可发挥其综合性能优势.开发低污染、环保型水性 PUA粘合剂已成为当前涂料印花粘合剂的重要发展方向之一. 关键词: 涂料印花;丙烯酸酯类涂料印花粘合剂;改性 中图分类号:TQ433.4 36 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1004—0439(201 1)1 1-0005—04
Research progress of acrylate adhesives for pigment printing

Abstract: The characteristics of pigment printing,research status and development trend of pigment print-
ing adhesives were reviewed in this paper.The modification methods of acrylate adhesives were discussed in de-
tails,including the modification of polymerization system and polymerization methods,such as core-shel emul—
sion polymerization,interpenetrating networks polymerization,emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization,micro—
emulsion polymerization and radiatiOn—initiated polymerization.The polymerization system was modified by intro-
ducing organosilicon and waterborne polyurethane into the acrylate emulsion adhesives.The organosilicon modi-
fication methods include physical blending and chemical copolymerization,however.the fOrmer basicaly has
been wed out.Chemical copolymerization modification is to fOrm random,grafting,blocking or interpenetrating
networks polymers through the reaction of unsaturated double bond in silicone monomer with the reactive groups
in acrylate monomer.The characteristics of waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate《PA)are complementary,com—
