试论传统武术的发展战略.doc

摘 要 ? 传统武术萌生于中国古代的生产劳动，是我国的瑰宝，是中国五千年文化的主要载体之一，在其漫长的发展过程中融合了中国传统哲学、易学、中医学、兵法学、养生学等多种传统文化思想和文化观念，具有悠久的历史和丰富的文化内涵，是中华民族的宝贵财富，建国后，为了组织比赛和实现武术向世界的发展，国家组织武术专家、学者，编排出竞技武术套路，然而，随着竞技武术向“高、难、美、新”发展的方向，过多的汲取了戏曲、杂技等的成分，虽然，其加快了武术的国际化，但是却限制了人们对武术的参与热情，不利于武术的广泛普及与推广。对传统武术而言，由于武术运动的政策使然，在竞技武术不段推陈出新的过程中，传统武术却停滞不前，面临着一种“合法性危机”。国家曾于1983年至1986年期间，动员了全国8000余名武术工作者和业余爱好者，开展了武术发展史上空前的“普查武术家底，抢救武术文化遗产”的工作，可是，在这次工作中所挖掘、整理出来的资料，如今，大都束之高阁，没能进行系统的整理和研究。文章通过对众多相关资料的搜集、查阅和整理，对传统武术的概念进行界定，探讨传统武术的价值，了解其发展现状，为传统武术的规范和产业化发展提出一些相关建议，以期更好地推动中国传统武术运动的发展。 ? 关键词：传统武术； 发展； 竞技武术； 产业化； 和谐 ? ? Ⅰ On the development strategy of traditional martial arts ? Abstract：Traditional martial art originated from people’ work in daily life or product in ancient China . As one of the most important treasure of china， it was the carrier of Chinese conventinal culture dating back to five thousandyears . It developed with Chinese traditonal philosophy ， medicine ， strategy ， regimen ， just to new a few. After the independence of China ， the Chinese government once odered the experts and studious to rearrange the ways of the martial art .However ， the martial art adopted the components of the traditional opera and acrobatics so much that the common people were unable to take part in this activity. Because it was too “high ， difficult ， beautiful and novel ” to catch with ， which quickened the internationalization of the martial art but did harm to the popularity of it .During the 1983 to the 1986 ， eight thousand lovers and experts of martial art had taken action in saving the culture of martial art but it was useless . Especially in recent years ， the development of martial art was limited with the popularity of karate and yoga .This paper discusses the concept and value of the martial art according to gathering ， consulting and arranging the plenty of materials . Examining the actuality of the martial art ， this paper gives some suggestions about regulation and developmentplans so as to impulse the development of the
