Univ. , Guangzhou 510642 ,China) Abstract:As a new-style carrier to immobilize en町rne , china granule was used in the immobilization of papain by physical adsorption in the experiment.咀le china granule should be treated with the phosphoric acid buffer before imrnobilization. The results of the experiment demonstrated that 出e optimum conditions for immobilization were as follows: tbe range of optimum concentration of solution papain was 1. 0 - 2. 0 mg/mL , pH value was 7. 0 and the time for immobilization was 2 h. The maximal activity of the im- mobility papain was 11 L 1 U/g and the activity recoveηof tbe immobility papain was 57. 9%.
