Abstract
This graduation design for building structure design of water conservancy and Hydropower Engineering in hydropower station.
The design of hydropower station plant 66m, span 18m, the design of space 6m, the slope of trapezoid steel roof truss, crane beam and frame structure for the reinforced concrete structure. Structural design is the priority among priorities to ensure the safety, the principle is to guarantee the safety, applicability, durability, and make the design reasonable economy. The structure design according to the known data, the main contents are: the typical cross section of hydropower plant, layout of workshop structure, crane beam design and reinforcement, slope of trapezoid steel roof design, layout design and structural frame pillar reinforcement, and the corresponding construction drawing.
Bearing structure of crane beam is directly under the crane load, is an important structure of the workshop, the design of crane beam is simply supported structure, cross section by T. Steel truss design, assuming that all the members in the same plane, member center lines converge on the centre of the node, and each node is the ideal hinge, without considering the effects of secondary stress calculation of axial force, the application frame internal force coefficient method. Bent frame structure is simplified as a plane structure is calculated, which assumes that the bent frame column is hinged at the lower end and roof, and the top surface of the horizontal displacement of foundation consolidation, equal at both ends of the truss column, not considering the spatial effect of shelving.
