摘 要 本文针对220kV系统高压线路部分的继电保护进行了系统设计。 根据对220kV系统高压线路进行了分析,并根据需求为高压线路配置了继电保护方案。采用RCS-901A高压线路成套保护,RCS─901A成套线路快速保护包括以纵联变化量方向和零序方向元件为主体的快速主保护,由工频变化量距离元件构成的快速I段保护,由三段式相间和接地距离及多个延时段或反时限零序方向过流构成全套后备保护;RCS─901A保护有分相出口,配有自动重合闸功能,对单或双母线的开关实现单相重合、三相重合和综合重合闸。它们在线路故障及不正常运行状态时做出反应并及时通知运行人员进行处理,保护线路的安全运行。 为了能有效的并准确的切除故障元件,取消常规控制屏,在220kV线路保护辅助继电器屏上装设反映断路位置的红、绿灯及远控、近控开关,同时装设应急操做的控制开关。 以上保护方案构成了高压线路的继电保护系统。保证高压线路的安全运行及供电质量。为运行设备和运行人员的安全提供保障。 关键词: 电力系统 , 线路保护, RCS-901A高压线路成套保护 Abstruct In this paper, high voltage transmission line 220kV system were part of the relay protection system design. System based on the 220kV high-voltage lines were analyzed, and in accordance with the demand for high-voltage lines to configure the relay program. The use of RCS-901A sets the protection of high voltage transmission line, RCS ─ 901A fast protection circuits, including complete sets of longitudinal joint change in direction and the direction of zero sequence components as the main body of the fast main protection from the frequency change from the rapid component I of protection from three-phase and ground distance and the number of delayed or above the direction of zero-sequence inverse time overcurrent protection constitute a complete set of back-up; RCS ─ 901A of the protection of one of those who export, with automatic reclosing feature of single-or dual-bus switch single-phase coincidence, coincidence and integrated three-phase reclosing. Their fault and not the normal operation of state and to react promptly notify operating personnel to deal with the safe operation of the protection line. In order to be effective and accurate resection of the fault components ,the abolition of conventional control panel, assisted in the 220kV transmission line protection relay circuit screen to reflect the location of the installation of red, green and far-controlled, near-control switch, installed at the same time set up emergency control switch to do gymnastics.
