摘 要
起货机传统的控制方式是利用继电器接触器原理控制。由于利用继电器、接触器控制系统比较复杂,难于操作,因此本次设计是以PLC控制为基础。首先通过对起货机工作原理的了解,对PLC的硬件和软件进行设计。然后根据起货机的工作要求选择合理的工作器件如:继电器,接触器等等,编写相应的程序语句表并绘制梯形图,再根据输入、输出点数选择PLC的型号,最后对程序进行模拟调试。用PLC作为设备的控制器,更加方便技术人员的设计、安装、调试,减少了开发周期,适应市场需求,最终将实现经济利益最大化。目前可编程控制器成为工业领域的主要控制设备,其类型也越来越多满足了工业控制的众多要求,因此被广泛的应用。

Abstract

Now become the main control in industrial programmable controller device, its type is also more and more to meet the requirements of industrial control and, therefore, is widely used.
