断路器防跳回路失灵案例分析及改进措施

摘要:分析了一起 500 kV 断路器的防跳回路失效故障,指出故障是由远方控制程序导致,具体原因是断路器合闸脉冲
时间设定不合理和继电保护动作??能闭锁断路器合闸命令。提出相应的改进措施,包括:将断路器的合闸脉冲时间由
60 s 改为 0.5 s;在断路器内部故障与断路器合闸闭锁条件中加入断路器的保护动作信号。

Analysis on a Case of Anti-Bouncing Circuit Malfunction of Circuit Breaker
and Related Measures

Abstract: A case of anti-bouncing circuit malfunction of circuit breaker is analyzed . And it’s mainly caused by the remote control
program. The concrete reason is the closing time is not suitable and the protection tripping signals don’t block the closing order of the
circuit breaker. Related measures have been suggested, including: reduce the closing time pulse from 0.5 s to 60 s, add protection
tripping signals into the inner fault condition and closing blocking condition.
