基于PLC控制的温室大棚系统设计方案.doc

摘要 温室大棚是用来栽培农作物的设施,它能改变农作物的生长环境,使其能够外界的四季变化和恶劣气候,为农作物的生长创造适宜的条件。温室大棚作为高效农业的重要组成部分,已经成为我们研究的方向。如何利用科学技术控制温室内的各种环境因子,已成为我国温室大棚行业研究的重要课题之一。 本论文主要介绍了基于西门子公司S7-200系列PLC控制的温室大棚系统设计方案,并以MCGS组态技术进行电脑终端监控。该研究中将采用温度传感器、CO2浓度传感器、光照传感器对温室大棚中各项指标进行检测,将测量值送入PLC中,在PLC中将其与设定值进行比较,再发出相应的指令驱动外围设备来调控温室大棚内的环境参数,从而实现了温室大棚的自动化、智能化控制。在此基础上,利用组态技术完成控制系统的组态设计,实现监测、数据记录、数据输出显示等功能,实现了控制系统优良的人机界面,为温室大棚的研究提供新的方向。 关键词:温室大棚;组态技术;可编程控制器(PLC);传感器;控制 ABSTRACT Greenhouses are used for growing plants in a range of facilities, it can change the crop growing environment, enabling it to the outside of four seasons and harsh climate, creating suitable conditions for crop growth. Greenhouses as important component of agriculture, has become our research directions. How to use science and technology to control environmental factors within the greenhouse, greenhouse industry has become an important subject of study. Described in this paper, based on Siemens S7-200 series PLC control system design of greenhouse and MCGS configuration technology for computer terminal control.
