【摘要】

本研究旨在通过对德州市2009-2011年卫生投诉与举报情况的分析，探讨存在的问题以及应对策略。研究采用问卷调查、文献资料法等方法进行数据收集，采用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析。结果显示，在2009-2011年期间，德州市卫生投诉与举报情况存在诸多问题，主要包括投诉量高、投诉率不断攀升、投诉渠道单一等。针对这些问题，本研究提出了相应的对策建议，包括优化投诉与举报渠道，加大公众宣传力度和加强业务培训等。

【Abstract】

ThepurposeofthisstudyistoexploretheproblemsandcountermeasuresofhealthcomplaintsandreportsinDezhouCityfrom2009to2011throughdataanalysis.Theresearchadoptsmethodsofquestionnairesurveyandliteraturereviewtocollectdata,andusesSPSSstatisticalsoftwaretoanalyzedata.TheresultsshowthattherearemanyproblemsinthehealthcomplaintsandreportsinDezhouCityfrom2009to2011,mainlyincludinghighcomplaintvolume,continuousincreaseofcomplaintrateandsinglecomplaintchannel.Inresponsetotheseproblems,thisstudyputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasures,includingoptimizingthecomplaintandreportchannels,increasingpublicpublicityandstrengtheningbusinesstraining.
