内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书(毕业论文) 题 目:变频调速皮带称重自动配料系统 学生姓名: 学 号: 专 业:自动化 班 级: 变频调速皮带称重自动配料系统 摘要 配料是生产工艺过程中的一个重要的工序,落后的配料系统不仅生产效率低,而且,配料不准确,手工操作又将认为的因素引入到配料环节。因此,实现高精度自动配料对工业企业生产有极为重要的意义。 烧结生产是钢铁生产中的重要环节,它包括原料受料,燃料破碎,配料,混料,烧结和筛分系统等几方面,其中配料系统又是整个烧结生产过程的关键。本设计以复杂的烧结机配料系统为工业背景,针对配料的自动控制问题,提出了一种基于PLC的皮带称重自动配料系统的控制方案。 首先对烧结机配料系统的工艺流程做了详细的介绍,接着对称重配料单元选择了适合工艺要求的配料、运送、检测和调节方案,给出了配料系统的总体结构,并对系统中的控制器S7-200PLC以及调速机构富士变频器进行了具体介绍。在此基础上对控制系统进行了硬件及软件的设计实现了PLC对模拟信号的采集、流量的计算、PID调节和对变频器、电机等设备的控制任务,同时采用PROFIBUS-DP协议实现了整个系统与上位机的通信。考虑到对系统的调试和检修问题,在控制系统又增加了手自动切换功能。最后利用实验室设备进行了模拟实验,验证了设计的正确性。 关键词:S7-200PLC; 变频调速; PID控制; PROFIBUS-DP Variable frequency drive belt weighing automatic control system ABSTRACT The ingredients are production process is an important process, backward batching system not only the production efficiency is low and, ingredients inaccurate, manual operation and the factors into the ingredients that link. Therefore, to realize high precision automatic batching industrial enterprise production has a very important significance. Sintered production is one of the important elements of the iron and steel production, including raw materials, brokening the fuels , ingredienting, mixing, sintering and screening system areas where mixing system is the key faction in entire production process. This design used the sophisticated sintering machine and mixing system as the industrial background, according to the automatic control of ingredienting, the design offer a PLC belt weighing automatic control system. First of all on, the sintering machine batching system process done a detailed introduction, then symmetric blending unit selects the ingredients, delivery, inspection, and adjustment programme, gives the burden on the overall structure of the system, and system controller S7-200PLC and conversion sector Frenic concrete frequency converter.
