特高压交直流输电系统技术经济分析 曾庆禹 中国电力科学研究院 北京市 海淀区 100192 Analysis On The Technique And Economics 0f UHVAC And UHVDC Transmission Systems Zeng,Qingyu China Electric Power Research Institute, Haidian District, Beijing 100192 摘要: 本文提出了1000kV交流输电系统提高输电能力,降低成本的参数优化模型,分析了1000kV与±800kV输电系统技术经济性,以中国示范工程数据为基础估算了他们的建设成本,提出了改进的年运行成本法和稳定性成本法并用于1000kV与±800kV输电系技术经济评估。1000kV和±800kV输电系统,输电距离1500km至2000km,按静态(热)稳定输送功率,单位输电建设成本处于相同水平;1000kV输电系统的年运行成本明显低于±800kV输电系统。1000kV输电系统暂态稳定输送功率的单位输电建设成本也明显低于±800kV输电系统。 Abstract: In this paper, the parameter optimization model for enhancing transmission capability and reducing costs of 1000Kv AC transmission system is presented, the technique and economics of 1000kV and ±800kV transmission system are analyzed and their construction costs are calculated based on the data of their pilot projects in China,the methods of improved operation cost per year and stability cost are presented and used for the technique economics assessment of 1000kV and ±800kV transmission system. The construction costs per unit transmission of 1000kV and ±800kV transmission system with the long distance of 1500Km up to 2000Km are placed at the same level,when their transmitted powers are based on the static(thermal) stability limitation。The operation cost per year. of 1000kV transmission system .is obvi0usly lower than ±800kV transmission system..
