摘 要
冲压机械的作用就是利用分别安装在滑块和工作台上的模具把金属或其他材料冲压变形成为我们设计需要加工形状,冲压机械操作简单、作业效率高、成形质量好、成本低,因此被广泛应用于汽车、电气和航空等制造领域。
因为冲压机械较大的危险性和引起的多发事故,为了最大限度地保护操作人员的人身安全。冲压机械使用了大量的安全防护装置,在这里我所设计的是光电式或红外线安全装置,设计思路是在危险区安装光电或红外线发射和接收装置,当人手进入危险区时,会把光线挡住,安全装置立即起动,停止冲压机冲头下降,保证人手的安全。
本设计的冲压机安全保护电路主要是以555芯片、TLN104型发射管以及与它匹配的TLP104红外接受头和LM567锁相环音频解码电路为主要硬件,实现红外线发射,接收及放大和控制冲压机冲头。

Abstract
Stamping mechanical function is installed on the slider and separately on the work of the metal mould pressing or other material to be our design, mechanical processing shape stamping simple operation, high efficiency and good quality, low cost, and thus are widely used in automobiles, electrical and airline manufacturing.
Because of the large stamping machine and cause of the multiple accident risk, in order to maximize operating personnel safety protection. Stamping machines use a lot of safety protection devices, and here I was designed photoelectric safety device, or infrared design is in danger installation or infrared emitting and receiving photoelectric device, when people into danger area, the light will be blocked, safety device immediately start, stop, ensure punchingmachines punch hand safety.
The design of safety protection circuit is mainly punchingmachines 555 chip, TLN104 type tubes and TLP104 matching with its head and infrared accept LM567 PLL audio decoding circuit for main hardware, infrared emission, receiving and amplification and control punchingmachines punch.
