低渗透水敏砂岩油气田的酸处理技术研究 摘要 酸化是油水井增产增注的一项重要措施。酸化是通过向油水井内加酸,使酸液大体沿油井径向渗入地层,从而在酸液的作用下扩大孔隙空间,溶解空间内的颗粒堵塞物,消除井筒附近使地层渗透率降低的不良影响,恢复或提高近井地带渗透率,达到增产增注效果的处理工艺,在油田得到了广泛的应用。砂岩地层的酸化是一项非常具有挑战性的工作,因为它包括酸液与地层之间的很多物理及化学作用,这些作用中有部分作用可能会导致地层损害。本文针对低渗透油藏粘土伤害严重、常规土酸酸化二次沉淀严重等问题而研究了一项新型酸液配方。通过大量的试验,进行各种化学试剂的筛选,及用液量的选择,最终得出了适用于强水敏低渗透地层的酸液配方。此配方既降低了酸液对粘土的伤害,同时减少了二次沉淀,恢复或提高近井地带渗透率,能够达到油水井增产增注的目的。 关键词:酸化;酸液添加剂;储层损害 Abstract Acid treatment is an important measure which stimulates the production in the oil well. Acid treatment is a kind of treatment technique by injecting acid liquid into oil well, making the most part of acid liquid filter into formation along radial direction, thus, to enlarge the interstitial space under the effect of the acid liquid, and dissolve the grain block in the space and eliminate the bad influence on the permeability of the stratum nearby well bore, and restore or raise the permeability of the stratum nearby well bore, to attain the result that stimulate production. This technique has gotten extensive application in the oil field. Acid treatment of sandstone stratum is a challenging task, because it includes several chemical and physical interactions between acid and formation, some of these reactions may result in stratum being damaged. Considering of the shortcoming of clay damaging badly in low permeable formation and the secondary precipitation of normal mud acid, this paper studied a new kind of acid liquid. By a mass of tests, the chemical reagents were selectee4d, in the end, the formulation of acid liquid was determined. This type of acid liquid is suitable for high water sensitivity and low permeability stratum. This type of acid liquid may decreases the damage degree to the formation which contains clay, and may decreases secondary precipitation, and may restore or raise permeability of the stratum nearby well bore, at the same time, may achieve the purpose that stimulate oil production of the oil wells and injection rate of water injection wells.
