摘要:我国的西南地区蕴藏有丰富的锌矿资源,其中大部分为成分复杂的硫化矿和难处理氧化锌矿,用传统的锌冶炼技术难以经济回收矿石中的有价金属。随着贫矿资源的增多以及世界对金属锗的需求的增加,从低品位氧化锌矿中提取锗是冶金技术发展的必然趋势。本篇针对贵州省赫章县妈姑镇低品位氧锌矿的矿石特征,进行了硫酸浸出锗的试验研究,通过对硫酸浸出的时间、浸出时的液固比以及酸度分析,探索了低品位含锗氧化锌矿石最佳的硫酸浸出工艺。低品位含锗氧化锌矿石浸出过程的条件试验研究表明,浸出时间、固液比及pH等因素对矿石的浸出都有一定影响。浸出时间为15天使浸出率可达78.89%;当液固比大于6:1时浸出率增加不明显;酸度值越大越有利于浸出,但同时对生产设备要求也逐渐增加。

Abstract: Resourceful zinc ores are found in southwest of China, most of which are complicated sulphide and intractable oxide, that’s difficult to recover valuable metals economically by traditional flotation or metallurgy. With the decreasing grade of the ores and the demand for Germanium in further increased , new technology for winning metals from the decreasing grade of the zinc ores is required and inevitalbe in the futher development of mineral processing engineering.According to the mineralogical characteristic analysis of low-grade zinc oxide ores from Magu town, Guizhou province .Our laboratory conducted a study involving sulphuricacid leaching Ge.The experiment has been performed to study the relationships between pH value,liquid to solid ratio(l/s), leaching time and leaching characteristics of low-grad zinc oxide ores.Results of single factor analysis show that pH value and liquid to solid ratio(l/s), leaching time are the most important influences. With the leaching time reached 15 days the leaching rate is 78.89% ,it’s not obvious that the leaching rate increased when the liquid to solid ratio(l/s) greater than 6:1. The acid degree is higher,the leaching rate is higher,also the higher of the demand with the production equipment.
