食品药品监管系统的设计与实现论文.doc

摘 要 随着社会经济的发展进步，人民群众的饮食文化生活也越来越丰富多彩，食品药品安全问题也就与人民群众息息相关，备受关注，已达到促进经济发展、维护社会稳定的高度。但是，食品药品安全监管过程中长期存在着信息不对称的问题，其复杂性、艰难性尤为突出，安全风险相当高。因此，只有采取科学、高效的监管措施，不断加强监管力度，依法行政，从严行政，才能确保人民群众饮食用药安全。 信息是管理上的一项非常重要的资源，管理工作的效果取决于所做出决策的正确性，而信息的质量则在一定范围内影响和制约着决策的正确程度。实际，我们以某区县级食品药品监督管理职能部门为试点单位，选用J2EE为技术架构软件的方法，详细分析系统需求系统的总体设计开发了这套监管信息系统按照3大模块、18个设计思路用户界面的设计和数据库设计。通过开发与测试，该系统满足区食品药品监督管理局信息管理的业务，用户界面友好，提供的信息丰富准确，能够保障管理工作的各环节顺利而有效地进行，具有良好的使用价值和可观的发展前景，极大的提高了局日常信息管理工作的效率，是实现高效监管、科学的重要前提条件。 关键词：J2EE 食品药品 Abstract With the development of social economy, peoples diet culture life is more and more colorful, food and drug safety issues are closely linked with the people, concern, has reached the promotion of economic development, maintain social stability. However, in the process of food and drug safety supervision, the problem of information asymmetry has long existed. The complexity and difficulty of the food and drug safety supervision is very high. Therefore, only to take scientific and efficient regulatory measures, continue to strengthen the supervision, according to the law, strict administration, in order to ensure the safety of peoples diet drug. Information is a very important resource management, the effect of management depends on the correctness of the decision making, and the quality of the information in a certain range of influence and restrict the accuracy of decision-making. Based on the work practice, we take the functional departments of food and drug supervision and management departments in a district as the experimental unit, use J2EE as the technical structure, and make full use of the method of software engineering. The system is overall layout according to the 3 subsystems, 18 function module design, including the user interface design and database design.
