论金融危机背景下我国中小企业融资途径创新 摘要： 融资难一直是困扰和阻碍我国中小企业发展的难题，由于自身局限和体制方面的原因，中小企业在传统的资本市场直接融资和银行贷款方面障碍重重，融资成功率低。2008年以来,由于美国次贷危机造成的国际金融危机已经冲击到实体经济,我国一些中小企业的融资难度加大,竞争力减弱,生存举步维艰。目前，为构建多元化的融资途径，政府、银行、企业各方都进行了有益的探索和创新，在直接融资和间接融资方面出现了一些新的渠道和方式。 关键词：中小企业；私募股权基金；融资租赁；债券 ； 直接融资方式创新；间接融资方式创新 Innovation of Financing Channels for SMEs in the backdrop of Financial Crisis in China Major: International Trade Student：Qin Huifei supervisor :Prof.Zhang yun-zhong Abstract: The difficulty of financing has always been the problem hindering the development of China’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Due to the confinement of themselves as well as institutional reasons, the SMEs face many difficulties in direct financing and bank loaning in the traditional capital market, and have a low ratio of successful financing. With the international financial recession caused by the US sub-prime crisis since 2008 already hitting the entity economy, financing for China’s SEMs has becoming even harder. They are less competitive and are struggling for survival. At present however, to diversify the financing methods, the government, banks and enterprises have done some rewarding explorations and achieved beneficial innovations, providing new direct or indirect financing methods for them.
